The deadline to secure or change health insurance coverage through the Massachusetts Health Connector is Friday, January 23, 2026. Residents are urged to use the Mayor’s Health Line for free assistance in navigating application processes for MassHealth and other subsidized plans. This service remains a priority as the city works to address federal funding shifts and ensure equitable health access for all families.
