Boston College used a special-teams surge from forward James Hagens to pull away from UConn, earning a 5-2 Hockey East victory Friday night, Feb. 20, 2026, at Kelley Rink in Chestnut Hill. The matchup opened a home-and-home series between two nationally ranked conference teams with postseason positioning at stake.
