SERHANT. names five founding agents as it formalizes a Boston brokerage expansion in Massachusetts

New office adds veteran teams and leadership as the firm broadens its East Coast footprint
SERHANT., the New York-based brokerage led by founder and CEO Ryan Serhant, has identified five “founding agents” for its Boston expansion, setting a leadership roster for a Massachusetts launch that began with more than 30 agents. The company has described the move as both a regional buildout and a personal return for Serhant, who grew up in Topsfield, north of Boston.
The founding group includes Michael Carucci, Antonio Khoury, Jorge Sariego, Kyle Farrell and Joe Albano. The firm said the agents and their teams collectively exceeded $600 million in sales over the past year. The Boston operation is being led by managing director Christopher J. Delaney, a longtime Boston-area real estate executive, with additional regional oversight from Deborah Hauser, who manages operations across New York, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
Who the founding agents are
Michael Carucci is joining with The Carucci Group. He brings decades of experience in luxury residential brokerage and has been associated with high-end listings across the region.
Antonio Khoury, previously affiliated with Compass, has more than 14 years in the industry and has been active in the upper end of the Boston market.
Jorge Sariego will lead The Boston ONE Team at SERHANT. He previously operated Boston One Realty Group and has worked across residential and commercial segments.
Kyle Farrell and Joe Albano, known as the “Prop Cousins,” come from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices – Robert Paul Properties and have been ranked among the top 1.5% of agents and teams nationwide by a national verification and rankings program.
Strategy: media, technology, and national expansion
SERHANT., founded in 2020, has grown to more than 1,500 agents and 200 full-time team members, expanding beyond New York into multiple East Coast and Sun Belt markets. The company positions itself around a media-driven marketing model and technology tools, including internal platforms used for agent support, content production and consumer outreach.
The Boston launch is being framed internally as a “founding team” model, intended to seed local market share through established producers who already operate teams and have recognizable brands.
What it could mean for Boston’s brokerage landscape
Boston’s luxury market remains highly competitive, dominated by legacy brands and national firms that have expanded aggressively over the last decade. SERHANT.’s approach—building around high-visibility marketing and a centralized media operation—adds another national competitor seeking to recruit top teams while promoting a differentiated platform.
The company has also indicated that Boston is the first of several planned market expansions during 2026, suggesting additional New England moves could follow as it continues building density along the Northeast corridor.
